Heidi Pollyea is a dedicated and caring movement instructor with a certification in Buti* Yoga and Ballet Barre with extensive teaching and performance experience in many forms of dance, music and other yoga styles, so you will find her classes rich with these influences. As a lifelong believer in personal growth, mind/body healing and positive energy exchange, Heidi is known for the warmth, encouragement and personal attention she shows her students. She enjoys working with all age groups and body types and teaches an uplifting groove oriented yoga/dance/core strengthening class called Morning Mojo that leaves participants feeling strong and stretched as well as peaceful and refreshed. Heidi understands from a personal standpoint how mindful movement can heal the body, mind and spirit. Her mission is to help her students listen to their body and grow in their practice while enjoying and expressing themselves along the way!
