I initially came to yoga for a workout. I fell in love with the kind of vinyasa classes that leave you sweaty and spent. For me, yoga was first and foremost a physical practice. But something happened the more I practiced: I discovered that yoga had so much more to offer me — a grounding, a connection to my breath, a practice in being present. Over the last seven years, my practice has evolved to include a mix of vinyasa, restorative, meditation and yoga nidra. As a student and a teacher, I seek to weave all of these elements together. My hope is that you leave feeling refreshed and more spacious.

In 2018, I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Yoga Tree in San Francisco, where I was living the last seven years. I recently moved to Atlanta and am excited to explore my new home (recommendations welcomed). I also write fiction and am interested exploring the connection between art/creativity and yoga.
